Playcorp is recalling an inflatable infant swimming seat because of a manufacturing defect.
The company says a stopper plug defect means the seat, designed for under the age of 18 months, can rapidly deflate during use.
The seat has been sold in New Zealand from January 1, 2002,
under two names "Learn to Swim-Swim Seat" and "Swim School-Swim Seat".
Customers are advised to stop using the product and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
