Tumu ITM Napier is on the lookout for a new Customer Service team member with the "we'll see you right" attitude. This role will see you as the first point of contact for all Bathroom & Kitchen related queries from our predominantlytrade and serious DIY based customers.
The ideal candidate will have: •Experience in a customer service or sales role •Good knowledge of bathroom & kitchen products ideal •A practical approach •Computer literacy
