We are looking for an experienced support professional to provide support to clients and our team.
Requirements for this position are: -Above average organizational skills; -The ability to work under pressure and use your initiative in a team environment; -Proven presentation skills using the Microsoft Office suite of software; -Client administration including Accounts Payableand Receivable and GST return preparation; -Experience in reception duties and you will have a friendly and positive manner with people; -Previous experience working in a Professional Office advantage.
The right candidate will need to have a client focus, positive attitude, and good sense of humour. You will engage directly with clients and work alongside a professional, friendly and supportive team. We can be flexible in the working hours. The position can be full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
