Auckland man arrives at hospital with gunshot wound

Police have confirmed inquiries are being made into the case of an Auckland man, who presented himself to a local hospital with a gunshot wound.

The man, whom police have not provided further detail about, arrived at Auckland hospital about 7.30am on Saturday.

According to police, the man is now in a stable condition.

“Police inquiries are ongoing to determine the circumstances of the incident,” a spokesperson confirmed.
