Photos of Lamar Odom passed out at a Nevada brothel before his collapse last week have been leaked online.

The former NBA star was snapped sleeping in a "VIP suite" at the Love Ranch, hours before he was found unconscious and rushed to hospital.

Another of the grainy photos, published by Britain's Daily Mail, shows the 35-year-old sitting in a chair, holding a bottle of water, with a woman's legs also visible.

The first of the three pictures, revealed by Daily Mail Online, shows the 35-year-old siting barefooted on a couch, looking drained and disheveled.

His head is bowed and his eyes are barely open as he clasps a half-full bottle of water, wearing a red Tshirt.

A woman's bare legs can also be seen in the shot which was taken between 7:30pm and 8:30pm - around 18 hours before Lamar was found unconscious with white foam dripping from his mouth.

In the second and third images, the 6ft 10in former athlete is seen sprawled across a king-size bed.

Taken between 11:30pm and 11:45pm they appear to show him either sleeping or unconscious beneath a duvet in brothel boss Dennis Hof's private suite.

What appeared to be sex toys, candles and lubricant can be seen on the dresser along with what looks like a copy of Hof's raunchy memoir - 'The Art of the Pimp'.

A zipped-up red and black sports bag is on the wooden floor next to the bed.

Love Ranch sources say the images were taken by one of the two hookers who Lamar picked out of a line-up when he arrived at the remote sex den in Crystal, Nevada, on Saturday.

Daily Mail Online did not pay for the pictures.

Petite blondes Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe visited him as often as six times a day for 'private party sessions' before entering his room and finding him unconscious at around 2:30pm Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Odom's condition is continuing to improve since he emerged from a coma two days ago.

In a statement, his family told BuzzFeed Odom had begun "a new chapter in his road to recovery."

"He continues to make miraculous progress, taking a few steps in Los Angeles," the family said.

"We couldn't be more overjoyed! We realise Lamar's continued improvement will not be easy, however his unrelenting strength and faith in God will pull him through."

He has been transferred from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, where he will receive specialised treatment.
