Ex-Married At First Sight Australia star and Kiwi migrant Jacqui Burfoot has quietly tied the knot with her Australian counterpart Clint Rice in an idyllic Queenstown ceremony.
The newlyweds, who were both paired with other contestants on last year’s season, shared a first glimpse of their big day in ajoint Instagram post at the weekend, captioned “Married, 20 April 2026 🤍“.
The picture-postcard image shows the couple sharing a tender kiss on a wooden deck overlooking the undulating Lake Wakatipu with Walter Peak towering behind them.
Burfoot, a former Miss New Zealand, wears a flowy wedding gown with a floor-length, lace-trimmed veil, while pro golfer Rice dons a sleek jet-black tuxedo and matching bow tie.
Burfoot and Rice announced their engagement last April during a private viewing party for their reunion episode, with Rice proposing at a Sydney nightclub.
“Surrounded with love in love,” Burfoot later wrote on social media, flashing her custom-made 5.08ct oval diamond solitaire ring, which is set in platinum and 18ct gold.

After the season wrapped, Burfoot spoke out on social media about alleged mistreatment at the hands of show producers.
“I can’t sit back and support misleading and deceptive stories,” she said.
“You’ve been fed a highly edited fictional storyline, and I feel like you deserve to know the truth.”

“Clint is incredibly grounding for me. Getting engaged was the best. I like enjoying life, not dwelling [on the negatives].”
The couple expressed their love for New Zealand and Kiwis.
The couple have also said they plan to keep returning to New Zealand, where Burfoot’s family lives.
