Ingredients
100 g | Goat's cheese, soft (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Chives, finely chopped |
3 Tbsp | Walnut oil (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Red onion, very finely sliced |
1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
200 g | Red cabbages, finely sliced (Main) |
1 | Granny Smith apple, quartered and finely sliced |
40 g | Walnuts, toasted, then chopped (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Balsamic vinegar |
Directions
- Crumble the cheese into a bowl. Add the chives, 2 Tbsp walnut oil and red onion.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan then when hot, add the cabbage, apples and walnuts. Stir for 5 minutes then reduce the heat and add the remaining 1 Tbsp walnut oil, balsamic and seasoning.
- Simmer for two minutes, then add all the ingredients together and serve warm.
