|¼ cup||Light soy sauce (Main)|
|2 Tbsp||Fresh lime juice|
|1 Tbsp||Soft brown sugar|
|1 Tbsp||Toasted sesame oil (Main)|
|1 serving||Wasabi paste, optional|

Place ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well. Liven up with a little wasabi paste.
