Use wet scissors to cut the marshmallows. I used Pic's Peanut Butter.
Ingredients
400 g | Chocolate chips (Main) |
1 cup | Peanut butter, smooth (Main) |
3 ½ cups | Marshmallows, cut into quarters (Main) |
½ cup | Toasted peanuts, or macadamia nuts, chopped (Main) |
Directions
- Lightly grease a 23cm square pan or similar.
- Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a saucepan on low heat. Stir, until smooth.
- Fold in the marshmallows and nuts. Pour into the pan and chill, until set.
- Cut into squares and package in attractive containers. Store in the refrigerator.
