This marinade is perfect with any thick fillet of fish
|1 Tbsp||Sesame oil|
|3 Tbsp||White miso paste, or yellow (Main)|
|1 Tbsp||Caster sugar|
|2 Tbsp||Mirin, or white wine|
|1 tsp||Crushed garlic|
|1 tsp||Crushed ginger|
|¼ tsp||Dried chilli flakes, (optional)|

- Mix all ingredients together in a jar, cover with a lid and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
- When ready to use, liberally coat pieces of chicken or fish, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to cook, wash off excess marinade under cold water and dry with paper towels.
