|1 kg||Feijoa, peeled and roughly chopped (Main)|
|2 cups||Brown sugar|
|2 tsp||Fresh ginger, finely diced|
|¼ cup||Lemon juice|

- Remove cardamom pods then pour jam into sterilised jars.
