|½||Limes, zested and juiced (Main)|
|1 cup||Almond meal|
|½ cup||Spelt flour|
|½ cup||Desiccated coconut|

- Heat oven to 180C.
- Gently melt oil, honey and lime juice in a saucepan.
- Place all dry ingredients and the lime zest into a bowl as well and mix gently.
- Heap tablespoons of the dough on to a lined baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes.
