|3 Tbsp||Walnuts, toasted|

|½ tsp||Crown Range Cellar Blackcurrant Powder, use up to 1 tsp|
|1||Lemon, zest and juice only|
|2 Tbsp||Pistachio nuts, finely chopped for rolling, or toasted coconut|

- Place all the ingredients except the pistachio nuts in a food processor and process until combined, with the mixture still retaining some texture.
- Roll mixture into even-sized balls, then roll them in the pistachios. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
