Nokia unveils phone with video capability

Nokia has unveiled a video handset - a mobile phone that can take moving pictures and send them to another phone.

The 3650 features a colour screen, a camera and video player and provides users with multimedia messaging and video clips, as well as access to the Internet and email.

The phone is expected to go on sale next year for US$450 to $500. ($950 to $1050)
