Hirepool has bolstered its stance in the portable toilet market by purchasing Port-a-loo (Auckland) for an undisclosed sum.
Managing director Tenby Powell said the deal made Hirepool Auckland's largest supplier of transportable toilets.
Powell was part of a consortium that bought Hirepool from Owens Group for $46.6 million in May last year. JBWere hold 51 per cent with the remaining 49 per cent split equally between Powell and Owens Group.
