It was once considered the country's most expensive penthouse and has played host to America's Next Top Model, but a newly refurbished luxury pad boasting the nation's highest swimming pool is back on the market.
Perched on the 29th floor of Takapuna's landmark Sentinel apartment building, the sprawling two-level apartment is expected to fetch well over $8 million.
It features its own surround-sound home theatre, 360-degree panoramic views of Auckland and comes with a 24-hour concierge.
But it's not for your average first-home buyer, with weekly mortgage repayments likely to top $10,000 - assuming you can scrape together $1.6 million for a 20 per cent deposit - and body corporate fees, rates and insurance totalling $46,850 each year.

Advertise with NZME.The penthouse is being marketed by Graham Wall Real Estate. It has a 2011 valuation of $7.5 million but Mr Wall said: "We reckon it's worth a million more than that."
The apartment, used to film Tyra Banks' show America's Next Top Model in 2009, is likely to attract international interest from the super-rich.
Despite the production crew trying to keep their whereabouts under wraps at the time, bikini-clad models were spied peering over the balcony of the luxury apartment two days after they arrived in New Zealand.
The freehold title penthouse is owned by investment company CK Miracle Ltd. It was bought for $5.2 million in 2010 by former Takapuna Grammar student King Khoo after an $11.2 million sales deal collapsed in 2007. Mr Khoo has spent several years carrying out a refit - reportedly costing "a significant seven-figure sum".

Mr Wall said the penthouse offered 360-degree views of Auckland - "almost as good as Google Earth".
There had been interest from a Chinese prospective buyer, but Mr Wall suspected the property could attract a local purchaser.
"I think it's probably going to be a wealthy Takapuna resident who loves the neighbourhood, is selling a big family home and still wants to live in luxury."
