The Wood Processors Association has announced that its chief executive officer, Jon Tanner, is taking on the role of interim chair, following the resignation of chairman Mark Hansen. Jon Ryder will act in the role of deputy chair, while continuing as chief executive officer of Carter Holt Harvey Pulp and Paper.

Origin Energy's Chris Bush has been appointed to a lead role at New Zealand Energy Corp.
