Delmaine buys Euro

Pacific Delmaine Fine Foods has agreed to buy EuroPacific Foods, a firm owned by tech queen Sharon Hunter and her husband Tenby Powell.

The purchase would increase Delmaine's current sales of $40 million to $60 million.

The deal was signed this week and will be completed on July 1.
