Shark story questioned

Doubt has been raised about claims of a shark attack at Bondi Beach. "Victim" Scott Wright, 34, said cuts to one of his forearms were caused by a shark bite during a night-time ocean swim last Friday.

Sources yesterday said that Wright, an itinerant, cut himself on a window several days before the alleged attack. Wright told reporters he fought the shark, punching its nose while all the time thinking he was a "goner".
