Iraqi President Saddam Hussein's wealth is estimated at US$2 billion ($3.6 billion) and Yasser Arafat's at US$300 million ($534 million), says Forbes magazine.
In a list of rich people who it says do not come from "success stories of entrepreneurial capitalism", it puts Saudi King Fahd at US$20 billion; Brunei Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah at US$11 billion; the Queen at US$525 million and Cuban President Fidel Castro at US$110 million.
