Fazl-e-Akbar took four wickets in successive deliveries as Habib Bank crashed to the second lowest first-class total in Pakistan's cricket history.
Akbar, aged 21, playing for PIA in Lahore, took seven for 13 in 49 balls - including four wickets off the last four balls of his eight overs - to dismiss the bankers for 27 in 15.5 overs. Test spearhead Wasim Akram grabbed three for 14 from the other end.
The Habib Bank total equalled the 27 scored by Dera Ismail Khan against Railways in the 1964-65 season.
The lowest Pakistan first-class total remains the 20 scored by National Bank against Pakistan Customs in the 1998-99 Patrons Trophy in Karachi.
