A Greek man is suing a Swedish dairy for 50 million kronor (NZ$9.7m) for using his photograph on containers of Turkish-style yoghurt, Swedish media report.
The man discovered that his face was being featured on pottles of Turkisk Yoghurt - manufactured by Lindahls = when a friend living in Stockholm informed him, the BBC reported.
Athanasios Varzanakos told Swedish Radio the man was "annoyed" and asked how it was possible.
Chief executive Anders Lindahl told AFP: "We bought it from a photo agency so we assumed that everything was in order."
