The man accused of killing Fiji Red Cross Director John Scott and his partner, New Zealander Gregory Scrivener, has been found mentally fit to stand trial.
Details of the psychiatric report into 23-year-old Apete Kaisau were released today.
A preliminary inquiry will start on August 3 at which the defence counsel and prosecution will decide if there is enough evidence for a trial.
Kaisau is accused of murdering Mr Scott and Mr Scrivener who were found hacked to death on July 1 in the Suva home they shared.
