El Salvador helicopter crash a double tragedy

Seven people died, including a couple whose daughter had just been murdered, when a helicopter crashed into coffee fields in western El Salvador on Wednesday.

The military had sent the helicopter to neighbouring Guatemala to evacuate former Salvadoran Air Force pilot Jose Eduardo Coto, his wife, their son, and the body of their 10-year-old daughter, Daniela, who was killed by highway robbers earlier in the day.
