Death penalty sought for Californian girl's killer

California prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty for the man accused of killing 5-year-old Samantha Runnion, who was abducted from outsider her home last month. Alejandro Avila, 27, is charged with murder, kidnapping and forcible lewd acts on a child.
