The Arlington County Police Department in the US has released a shocking video from a Metrobus that stopped at the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident. The video shows the bus pulling up to the scene, the man's bloodied body (blurred out by police) is lying on the footpath.
Passengers file past the man's body and not a single person stops to check on the man, who was either dead or dying. A woman carrying shopping bags walks right by, without hesitation.

US police have released shocking footage of pedestrians filing past a dead body to get on a bus in Arlington.
The video taken from on board a Metrobus bus on July 1 shows bystanders near the bloodied body of a dead or dying man who had been struck by acar minutes earlier.
When the bus pulls over at the stop, some of the people file past the man's body to get on board.
Though police are on their way, no-one stops to check on the man.
One man crosses himself as he gets on the bus, while others look towards the body before paying their fare.
