An outbreak of Ebola fever in Gabon is spreading rapidly and unpredictably, says the Red Cross as it tries to contain the disease and track down an infected woman who crossed into neighbouring Congo. The disease has killed 11 people in northeast Gabon.
A search has begun for the woman, who disappeared after testing positive for the virus and went to Congo in search of a traditional healer.
