An Australian activist set an unofficial world record over the weekend, by skydiving from 15,000 feet.
Watch: Australian activist becomes world's first violin-playing nude skydiver
While playing the violin.
Stark naked.
Glen Donnelly, who studied viola at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music in London, took the plunge off Coffs Harbour in his birthday suit on his 30th birthday in an attempt to raise awareness and money for men's mental health.
According to Australia's Daily Telegraph, Donnelly gave up on a music career in 2013 after struggling for years with body dysmorphic disorder (or body hatred).
Donnelly completed his attempt at becoming the world's first nude skydiving violinist on Sunday in -10 degrees and in winds of over 200 km/h, hoping to raise $15,000 - $1 for every foot he descended.
He played two tunes on the way down - Happy Birthday and The Lark Ascending, an English classic by composer Vaughan Williams.
Donnelly earlier told the Express Advocate one of his main concerns was damaging strings "of a different kind".
"I'm absolutely exhausted, but it was awesome," Donnelly told the Telegraph after the three-minute skydive.
"All your senses are on a high. The massive rush of wind made for an incredible feeling."
And downstairs?
"I haven't really had time yet for a good check."
