Soccer: Robben to move to Chelsea

PSV Eindhoven's Arjen Robben has agreed to a five-year contract with English premier league soccer club Chelsea, says a Dutch news agency.

ANP said the Dutch international would join Chelsea at the end of the season for €20 million ($36.5 million).

Chelsea confirmed on their website that they were talking to Robben.
