Soccer: Australian soccer great dies

Australian soccer has lost one of its greats with the death of Johnny Warren, 61, after a long battle with cancer. Known as "Captain Socceroo", Warren played 42 internationals from 1965 to 1974 and was the unofficial spokesman for the game in Australia through his role as a coach, television commentator and author.
