The former girlfriend of Wallabies winger Lote Tuqiri is suing him over an alleged incident that left her with a broken arm, the Sunday Telegraph reported yesterday.
Former gym instructor Brooklyn Leigh, 23, claims that Tuqiri pushed her to the ground after trying to pull her into a taxi on theGold Coast in 2001.
Leigh later accepted A$25,000 ($28,568) from Tuqiri. She signed an agreement settling her claims over the incident.
Tuqiri has denied the allegations, saying he made the payment to avoid uncertainty and expense of litigation.
