Rugby league: Langer quits Broncos

Allan Langer has retired - finally - from league, his club, the Brisbane Broncos, said yesterday. Langer, 36, retired once before, in 1999, only to make a club comeback in England and then return to Australia after getting an SOS from the Queensland State of Origin side for last year's series decider.
