Leading referee Bill Harrigan has been recalled to first grade for this weekend's NRL game between the Northern Eagles and Cronulla at Brookvale Oval.
Harrigan, the game's No 1 referee, was dumped after his controversial outing in Parramatta's loss to Newcastle 12 days ago.
The State of Origin whistleblower sinbinned three Parramatta
players, including centre Michael Buettner twice, as the Eels lost 24-18.
Harrigan was subsequently given a week off from refereeing duties, but has been recalled for Sunday's clash between the Eagles and Sharks.
