Rugby: Bryan Williams back with Auckland

Bryan Williams has returned to Auckland rugby after a stint with the Hurricanes, and one of his jobs will be supporting Polynesian administrators in the Auckland union.

Former All Black great Williams will be technical adviser to the Auckland NPC development team, coached by Mark Anscombe.

His other tasks include developing links between clubs and secondary schools.

Williams was the Hurricanes' backs coach for two years, but decided not to seek reappointment because of a combination of bad results and being away from his Auckland family.
