ATHENS, Greece (AP) Vladimir Weiss scored a goal and assisted on another to lead Olympiakos to an easy 2-0 victory at Aris in the Greek league Sunday.
Alejandro Dominguez opened the scoring in the sixth minute after initiating a counterattack and then receiving the ball from Weiss inside the area to slot the ball home.
In the 27th, Weiss got the ball at the edge of the area on the left, dribbled past two defenders and unleashed a low drive which went in off the right post.
The win kept Olympiakos eight points ahead of second-place PAOK, which beat host Kalloni 5-2.
In the other three games Sunday OFI vs. Levadiakos, Asteras vs. Panionios and Veria vs. Panetolikos the hosts all won 1-0. .
