Group race greyhound action continues on Wanganui's Hatrick Raceway tomorrow night where two events will be decided.
Sergio will be chasing his third group one victory inside three months when the Gary Harding trained chaser leaves from the tree-trap in the $35,000 Spion Rose Cup (race 8, 6.55pm) over 520m. ``He is forward, has worked very well this week and is set to deliver his best,'' said Harding about his charge, who won his heat in 29.86secs.
The only dog to have beaten Sergio in New Zealand is Little Mother and she was the fastest heat winner when posting 29.83secs. However trainer Lisa Ahern has a major concern about her draw (eight). ``That's the worst trap you can draw at this level on that track (Hatrick),`` she said.
