Her alleged rapist is reported to be a friend of Mick Schumacher – himself a racing driver – and to have been staying at the family home on the night in question.
No member of the Schumacher family is implicated in the case.
The indictment is said to state that the alleged attack took place on November 23, 2019, after the nurse and driver crossed paths in the Schumachers’ billiard room.
It reportedly states she began feeling unwell after drinking several vodka cocktails and needed to lie on the floor before being taken to bed by some of her colleagues.
The court documents are said to state that they laid the nurse down “without undressing her” and left her, asleep, with the lights on.
It was shortly afterwards that the driver returned to the room and twice raped her, the files are said to allege.
The driver is reported to have told prosecutors there had been a consensual relationship between the pair and that they had shared a kiss at a club in Geneva.
The nurse was said to deny he had been anything more to her than a family friend of the Schumachers.

Seven-time F1 world champion Schumacher has not been seen in public since falling into a coma after suffering a life-threatening skiing accident in 2013.
The 56-year-old reportedly requires round-the-clock care.
