In yesterday's first round, Campbell birdied five holes and bogied three.
Oldcorn equalled the 36-hole tournament record of 12-under par with his second successive 66, to take a two-stroke lead from Angel Cabrera, the first-round leader, Phil Price and Stephen Leaney.
England's Steven Webster is on nine-under and Scot Dean Robertson on eight.
New Zealand's Greg Turner, on four-over, did not make the cut.
