The Augusta National Golf Club have made changes to nine holes for the 2002 Masters tournament, aimed mainly at rewarding accuracy off the tees.
The course's yardage has been extended from 6387m to about 6648m. The changes affect seven par-four holes and two par-fives.
The biggest changes were made to the famous 18th hole, where the bunker complex is about 10 per cent larger and the tees have been moved back 55m.
