Manchester United's new Adidas home shirt for the Premier League season has been met with outrage after being described as "sexist" and "discriminatory."
It's the Manchester club's first shirt made by German sportswear giant Adidas in a new 10-year deal worth 750 million pounds.
People were quick to point outthe difference between the men's and women's version of the new kit, with the women's version featuring a very low neckline and a different white trimmed collar.
Adidas outbid Nike, who'd designed United's kits since 2002, and the new design was released on Saturday on the club's website.
The release of the kit featured the men's and women's design alongside each other that highlighted the differences between the two.
The Premier League season kicks off this weekend and Manchester United open the new campaign when they host Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford on Saturday.
The average football punter in the UK, who enjoys a beer, a pie and donuts, isn't likely to find the shirt particularly offensive but it's fair to say the design is in pretty poor taste.
