American sprinter Maurice Greene demolished another top-calibre 100m field, but compatriot Marion Jones struggled to win at the Lausanne grand prix athletics meeting yesterday.
Greene powered home in 9.9s, equalling the season's best time he set at the US trials. Jones failed to impress in clocking an ordinary 11.04s to win by just 0.01s from Chandra Sturrup, of the Bahamas.
