Apartments selling under value

Apartments in Auckland University's Railway Campus are selling below their value. A unit that originally sold for $142,000 was recently picked up for $49,000.

Another bought for $161,000 sold for $82,000, and a third purchased for $135,000 two years ago sold for $67,000. The apartments were built in 1998 by the Covington Group.
