Youth organisation RockEnrol are trying to put "sexy" into the election with a nude photo shoot.
The youth-led group and volunteers are publishing a raunchy calendar in an effort to encourage young people to engage in politics.
The idea is the brainchild of RockEnrol which grew out of an environmental campaign called Generation Zero.
RockEnrol campaign director Laura O'Connell-Rapira says it's a proven way to get attention.

"Sex sells ... we want it to be tasteful and funny, rather than porny and gross."
The non-partisan group says it will do "whatever it takes" to get young people talking about politics and voting.
Associate Professor at Massey University Grant Duncan says he's disappointed. "It's treating people like they are idiots. To get me interested in something serious, why do I need soft porn?"
Arts director Hannah Fischer says the group expects some negative feedback but isn't daunted.
"The message is that it is sexy to be involved," she says.
The calendar is due out on September 1.
