Three people charged over the murder of a man found badly bashed in a Christchurch carpark earlier this year will stand trial in February.
Moses Eli Hurrell, 16, Cyle Robert Jetson, 21, and 38-year-old Deborah Jean Tihema have been jointly charged with the March 23 murder of Pierclaudio Raviola.
Raviola was found in the car park of Sumner Surf Lifesaving Club with serious head injuries on the morning of March 24.
He was taken to hospital in a serious condition but died two days later.
All three accused have entered not guilty pleas to charges of murder.
At the High Court in Christchurch this morning, all three appeared in court via audio visual link.
Justice Rachel Dunningham confirmed a trial will begin on February 19 next year.
Hurrell, Jetson, and Tihema were remanded in custody for a pre-trial callover hearing on October 20.
