What I love about summer: wearing sandals (and packing away my tights) and throwing on a skin-skimming dress that instantly adds an easy femininity (as opposed to layers of heavy jackets and sweaters). The cool fragrant air when out on an early morning walk, the heavy heat that forces you inside for an afternoon siesta, the balmy evenings where the neighbourhood is filled with the sound of laughter. Summer, it evokes a wonderful lightness of being which translates into smiles and conviviality. This week's issue of Viva is set to get you in the mood for summer. I can't wait.
