Heavyweight international performers John Rowles and Kevin "Bloody" Wilson hit Wairarapa next month.
Songwriting Australian comedian and singer Mr Wilson brings his ribald humour to the Masterton Town Hall on June 15 as part of his Excess All Areas world tour.
Mr Wilson, born Dennis Bryant, kicks off his Kiwi dates after a successful run through South Africa. Mr Wilson tours about six months of every year and his record sales are now "nudging the four million mark", tour spokeswoman Skye Sanders said.
He has been nominated four times for Best Comedy release for the Australian ARIA Music Awards and had his complete body of work catalogued with the National Film and Sound Archive in Canberra.
Kiwi crooner John Rowles, OBE, follows Mr Wilson at the town hall 10 days later with a farewell tour concert on June 25. The 64-year-old has toured internationally since the 60s when his songs Cheryl Moana Marie and If I Only Had Time charted here and overseas.
The Masterton concert is part of his Now Is The Hour tour, which includes Australia, Hawaii and Britain. He has vowed that the two-year tour is his last. The 20-date New Zealand leg kicks off on June 23 at the Southward Theatre in Kapiti.
"I've given my life for the stage, for my fans, for my music," Mr Rowles said.
"It means a lot to me to travel our beautiful country and perform one last time for all those people who have supported me over the last 45 years.
"The voice feels great, I feel great and the time feels right."
