Our Bay of Plenty dealership is seeking an experienced Workshop Service Manager
to join its team based in Rotorua. The successful candidate will be tasked with
managing and motivating a committed service team, and with achieving all service
KPI's including revenue targets and growing our customer base whilst providing
exceptional customer service & sales support as needed.

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate:

• 3+ years experience in supervising a workshop with an agricultural
machinery focus or similar
• Qualifications in Diesel / Heavy Machinery servicing
• Experience at developing and implementing workshop
management systems
• Ability to train and develop apprentices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A proven record with regard to people management and enhancing
and growing business opportunities.
