We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Account Manager/Contract Administrator with excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail, to join our fast-paced team at Coresteel BOP's office in Mount Maunganui. The role will be accommodating to the right applicant with flexibility of hours and remuneration based on skills and experience. Duties include but not limited to: • Customer relationship management • Processing invoices and follow up • Purchasing • Processing orders • Client meet and greet • Assisting the management, sales and construction teams • Creating processes to streamline systems • Answering the main line and directing calls • Office administration - stationery, couriers etc. • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments • Maintain contact lists • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports • Develop and maintain a filing system • Book travel arrangements • Submit and reconcile expense reports
Skills and experience required: • Previous office reception and administration experience • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Professional presentation • Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, CAD systems would be a bonus • Excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task, work to deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail • Full, clean NZ Drivers Licence • Proven admin or assistant experience • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Problem solving skills • Strong organisational and planning skills
