Property Manager: St Mary's Catholic School
Our Board of Trustees are looking for a motivated enthusiastic Property Manager who will look after our grounds and infrastructure like their own. To be successful in this position you will be a reliable, dedicated and proactive self manager.
Duties include day to day management of site security, safety and maintenance of grounds and buildings. In addition to this you will be required to perform and supervise cleaning duties and swimming pool maintenance.
This role requires excellent communication and relationship skills. A trade qualification is desirable.
