Police are speaking to a man who was stabbed in the leg on Colombo St, Christchurch, around 4.30pm. Photo / Google Maps

A man has been stabbed in the leg outside a Christchurch bus shelter.

Police were called to the scene on Colombo St around 4.30pm.

Police are currently speaking with the injured man to establish what happened.

His injuries aren't believed to be life threatening.
